H2Serve
Swap Transfer PanelThe H2Serve is the latest generation of supply panels, providing flexible hydrogen delivery options through swap transfer mode. They connect hydrogen sources, typically tube trailers, to the fueling station, with a focus on safety, reliability, and usability. These panels support hydrogen delivery by allowing the swapping of mobile hydrogen storages.
With over 2,000 tons of hydrogen delivered through approximately 80 operational swap supply and bulk transfer panels, Cavendish has demonstrated the reliability and effectiveness of these products.
H2Serve
Bulk Transfer PanelThe H2Serveis the latest generation of supply panels, providing flexible hydrogen delivery through bulk transfer mode. They connect hydrogen sources, typically tube trailers, to the fueling station, with a focus on safety, reliability, and usability. These panels support hydrogen delivery by allowing the direct transfer of hydrogen into an onsite storage.
Key benefits
Safety:
- Pneumatic interface controlling trailer valves, enabling disconnection of the hydrogen supply in the event of an emergency.
- Safety software and hardware protecting against excess temperature, overpressure, and leaks.
Only relevant for bulk transfer panels:
- Tilt sensor detecting unusual external mechanical influences, such as a vehicle colliding with the transfer panels.
- Gas detection monitoring for leaks inside the transfer panel.
- Shear valve designed to disconnect the supply panels from the rest of the system, ensuring safety.
- Grounding device with detection preventing static electricity build-up.
Reliability:
- Global Monitoring System (GMS) with operational data since 2015, providing valuable insights for component statistics and predictive maintenance.
- GMS offering time-series data with resolutions up to 100 datapoints.
User Experience:
- Bulk transfer panels: A display guides the trailer operator through each step. The system includes a Pit Box to simplify civil works and installation.
- Swap transfer panels: Separate access for operators for enhanced safety.
