About the company

Cavendish Hydrogen is a global, dedicated hydrogen company, delivering optimal solutions to store, and distribute hydrogen, preferably produced by means of renewable energy, wind, water or solar. We have since 2003 served a wide range of different customers within hydrogen technologies by producing cutting edge hydrogen fueling stations enabling customers to fuel their fuel-cell electric vehicles within the same time and with equally long range as fossil-fueled vehicles, but without any emissions.

 

About the job

Your job will be varied and will often consist of both participating in the development of finance processes together with handling of your own tasks. As our Senior Business Controller, you will play an important role in achieving our ambitions in the finance team. Your workplace will be in the HQ in Lind close to Herning.

 

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be to

  • Understand the key revenue streams of the value chain and prepare analysis and reports to management and the board.
  • Develop and improve business processes and control and analysis of our production and our global projects.
  • Ensure cost prices are updated and provide financial input to the sales process.
  • Plan and budget for main revenue streams on a global/functional basis.
  • Ensure internal financial reporting requirements and tools are maintained.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the company's systems, processes and routines within finance and IT.
  • Develop strategy and internal processes for inventory and spare parts management.
  • Follow-up on possible risks from/in subsidiaries and initiate improvement measures.
  • Contribute with internal control to ensure implementation of current standards and principles.

Educational background and professional expertise

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a master’s degree in finance, audit or similar.
  • Has 5-10 years of relevant experience from a similar role, audit, or finance.
  • Has +3 years of people management experience.
  • Is fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
