Head of Investor Relations

About the company

Cavendish Hydrogen is a global, dedicated hydrogen company, delivering optimal solutions to store, and distribute hydrogen, preferably produced by means of renewable energy, wind, water or solar. We have since 2003 served a wide range of different customers within hydrogen technologies by producing cutting edge hydrogen fueling stations enabling customers to fuel their fuel-cell electric vehicles within the same time and with equally long range as fossil-fueled vehicles, but without any emissions.

 

About the job

You will develop and execute investor relations strategies and communication plans to engage with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior management, finance, and legal to prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor-related materials.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, meetings, and presentations, providing accurate and timely information on the company's performance, strategy, and financial outlook.

 

Supplementary responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor perceptions to identify opportunities and risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including disclosure obligations and corporate governance best practices.
  • Leverage industry networks and relationships to attract new investors and expand the company’s investor base.
  • Support fundraising activities, including debt and equity financings and public funding pools.

 

Professional experience

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with investor relations or the like, preferably in the renewable energy industry or a similar sector. You have a strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and analyze key performance metrics.

You have a bachelor’s or master´s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and you possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You are great at building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, with the ability to instill confidence and trust.

You are a collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical person, with a talent for building and maintaining trustful relationships. You are proactive and you can keep calm and collected when short deadlines emerge. You are curios by nature, and you have a “can do” mentality.
