At Cavendish Hydrogen we believe that small, practical actions can make a difference in the communities around us.
Therefore, surplus food from our workplace is donated to Blå Kors Herning Varmestue, where it can support people in need rather than going to waste.
The idea is simple: when we have good food left over, we make sure it gets a second purpose.
By donating surplus food, we contribute to two things that matter to us: supporting our local community and reducing unnecessary food waste. Recently, we visited Blå Kors Herning Varmestue to see where the donations go and learn more about the important work they do for people in vulnerable situations.
For us, corporate responsibility starts with looking at what we already have and finding a better way to use it. We are happy to play our small part locally, practically and with purpose.
