Cavendish Hydrogen develops, manufactures and supplies hydrogen fueling equipment and complete fueling solutions for mobility applications. The company provides technology, equipment, engineering, commissioning, warranty, service and maintenance support, with projects delivered across multiple international markets.
Adsensys will contribute its local market knowledge, customer relationships, EPC and system integration capabilities, as well as experience with project execution, permitting and stakeholder coordination in the Netherlands. Together, the companies intend to explore opportunities where their capabilities can complement each other and create value for customers developing hydrogen projects.
The agreement comes as the Dutch hydrogen market undergoes significant change. The anticipated release of SWiM funding in the fourth quarter of 2026 may create new opportunities for hydrogen projects.
